At BAD2WEAR, we aim to process and ship orders as smoothly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

📍 Shipping Location

  • All available items are shipped from our Thailand and United States inventory unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping origin may change for special drops or pre-order items and will always be clearly announced in advance.

⏳ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after full payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-volume drops, processing time may be slightly longer.

🚚 Shipping Time (Estimated)

  • United States: 2–5 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (may vary by destination)

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, or peak seasons.

💳 Payment Requirement

  • Orders will only be shipped after full payment is completed.
  • If multiple items are reserved under one agreement, all items must be fully paid before shipment.
  • Items that have been partially paid or reserved but not fully paid will not be shipped.

📦 Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
  • BAD2WEAR is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Any reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
  • BAD2WEAR is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or inspections.

⚠️ Delays & Carrier Issues

  • Once an order has been shipped, BAD2WEAR is not responsible for carrier delays.
  • Tracking information will be provided once the package is shipped.
  • In rare cases of extended delays, we will assist customers in contacting the carrier.

❌ Returns & Lost Packages

  • Due to the nature of limited, 1-of-1, vintage items, all sales are final unless stated otherwise.
  • BAD2WEAR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
