1. All Sales Are Final

• Most items sold by BAD2WEAR are limited, 1-of-1, vintage, or curated pieces.

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Sizing or fit issues

• Color differences due to lighting or screen display

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

2. Condition of Items

• Vintage and pre-owned items may show minor signs of wear, which are considered part of their character.

• Any major flaws will be clearly disclosed in the product description.

3. Exceptions (Wrong Item or Major Error)

We will only consider a return or refund if:

• You receive the wrong item, or

• The item has a major undisclosed defect

Conditions:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Clear photos or video proof are required

• The item must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

If approved, BAD2WEAR will offer:

• A replacement (if available), or

• Store credit, or

• A refund (at our discretion)

4. Shipping Fees

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• Return shipping (if approved) must be covered by the customer unless the mistake was ours

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• BAD2WEAR is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped

• Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds

6. Reservation & Payment Issues

• Items reserved but not fully paid within the agreed timeframe may be reclaimed and relisted

• No refunds will be issued for canceled reservations due to non-payment
