As a small independent fashion business based in Asia, shipping internationally requires much more work, time and money than we ever expected. From hunting rare pieces and creating unique outfits to managing international shipping, customs paperwork, import taxes and tariffs, we handle every step of the process ourselves.
Sometimes, the import taxes and tariff fees alone can cost even more than the rare pieces you’ve purchased from us!
That’s why we include these costs in our prices and shipping fees. We want you to enjoy your pieces without worrying about unexpected customs bills when your package arrives.
If we lowered our prices while continuing to cover all these additional costs, it would be extremely difficult for our small business to survive.
