Welcome to BAD2WEAR. By accessing our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

  • BAD2WEAR operates as a curated, limited-quantity fashion shop.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, especially in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
  • All policies apply equally to all customers to ensure fairness.

2. Products & Availability

  • Most items sold by BAD2WEAR are limited, 1-of-1, vintage, or curated pieces.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed until full payment is received.
  • Colors, condition, and sizing may vary slightly due to lighting, vintage wear, or monitor display differences.

3. Orders, Reservations & Payments

  • By confirming an order or reservation, the customer agrees to complete payment within the agreed timeframe.
  • All reserved items must be fully paid before shipment is processed.
  • Items that have already been paid for will not be shipped if other items under the same reservation remain unpaid.
  • Repeated delays or failure to complete payment within 30 days (unless otherwise agreed) will be considered a breach of agreement.
  • In such cases, BAD2WEAR reserves the right to cancel reservations, reclaim items, and relist them without further notice.
  • Any prior queue position, priority, or claim will be voided.

4. Pricing & Fees

  • All prices are listed in the selected currency at checkout.
  • BAD2WEAR reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are not included unless explicitly stated.

5. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped only after full payment is received.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, or high-volume periods.
  • BAD2WEAR is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Customs, Duties & International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country.
  • BAD2WEAR is not responsible for delays, holds, or seizures caused by customs authorities.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of limited, vintage, and 1-of-1 items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for sizing issues, fit preferences, or buyer’s remorse.
  • In the rare case of receiving the wrong item, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • BAD2WEAR is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment.
  • Customers may request carrier assistance, and we will help when possible.

9. Memberships & Exclusive Access (If Applicable)

  • Membership benefits, early access, discounts, and priority queues are non-transferable.
  • BAD2WEAR reserves the right to modify or terminate membership benefits at any time.
  • Abuse of membership privileges may result in termination without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, images, logos, and designs are the property of BAD2WEAR.
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • BAD2WEAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased item.

  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
